On Tuesday, 27th August 2024, High Chief Oluebube A. Chukwu, Ph.D., received the Methodist Bishop of Nneochi Diocese, His Lordship Rt. Rev. I. K. Tasie, on a chaplaincy and working visit at the Bureau.
The Bishop, Rt. Rev. I. K. Tasie, using a scriptural verse, Psalm 84:11-12, admonished Dr. Oluebube to continually put his trust in God Almighty, who gives favour and honour to those who walk uprightly before Him.
Dr. Oluebube was amply reminded that those who walk in the counsel of the wise and take delight in the law of the Lord, shall flourish abundantly in all seasons despite efforts of traducers whose stock in trade is to slander and malign those whom God has blessed with abundant grace.
The Bishop offered prayers to God for continuous blessings on the Governor of Abia State, H.E. Dr. A. C. Otti, OFR, and for mercy and grace on his servant, Dr. Oluebube, in the discharge of his responsibility to the governnent and people of Abia State. Such experience was uplifting as Dr. Oluebube enjoys an atmosphere of prayers and moments with God.
Dr. Oluebube thanked His Lordship Rt. Rev. I. K. Tasie for his gracious counsel and prayers. Very Rev. Emmanuel Ani, Presbyter of Grace Methodist Church Umumeze Amuda Isuochi accompanied the Bishop on his visit.
