Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due Process, Head of Abia State Due Process and Public Procurement Bureau and Founder of the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF), recently welcomed Ugonma Ogbonnaya, the Miss Diaspora Nigeria USA 2024 Top Model winner, during her working visit to the Bureau on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025.

Ugonma, a proud ambassador of Abia State, is a trailblazer in her own right. She holds a degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is the founder of Heal Nation Nigeria, an initiative dedicated to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.

Equally passionate about societal impact, Dr. Chukwu commended Ugonma for her commitment to advancing healthcare and wellness.
