Oluebube A. Chukwu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due Process, has extended a warm welcome to His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, as he arrives Umunneochi Local Government Area on Wednesday, 26th February 2025 for the official flag-off of Ngodo-Umuaku-Mbala Road construction.
The long-awaited project marks a significant progress in the Otti administration’s commitment to infrastructural development across Abia State. The Ngodo-Umuaku-Mbala Road, a crucial link for; Umuada, Obinulo, Umudim, Uhude, Umuelukwu, Obulagu, Ndiawa, Ubahu, Amaeke, Ugwuawuru, Umuobasi and other nieghbouring communities in Umunneochi, has suffered years of neglect, leaving residents, businesses and conveying of agricultural produce struggling with poor accessibility.
