It is said that the reward for good work is more work and success is not a destination but a step to another achievement.

Indeed, it is soul-stirring when you are accepted and recognized amongst your people. Our people say "Igwe bu Ike", and one who has the full endorsement of his community will not only fly but travel far.

On the 3rd of August 2024, during the IRI JI FESTIVAL OF ISUOCHI, one of the major highlights was the conferment of chieftaincy titles to distinguished members of society.

Thus, in recognition of my modest contributions to advancing the cause of humanity, especially through The Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation, OACF, the High Chieftaincy title of UGOCHITUBEREM NKE MBU NA ISUOCHI was conferred upon me by the revered Isuochi Chieftaincy Institution.

As it is in my nature to avoid the lime light, I answered the call of HRM Eze Sir (Dr.) G. I. Ezekwesiri, DBA, OFG, KJW, JP, the paramount head of Isuochi Ancient Kingdom and the Ochi-in-Council on the 4th of August, 2024 to receive the recognition.

As an advocate of humanitarian services targeted at rural areas, marginalized individuals and underserved communities, this title is an emblem to render more people-oriented and developmental projects.

A community like a garden is nothing without nurturers and compassionate caretakers. Thus, if a place of origin were to be chosen again, I would still be a proud son of Isuochi.
