Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu Attends Abia Arise Membership Welcoming Ceremony

In recognition of the progress made in governance across Abia State, Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due Process and Head, Abia State Due Process and Public Procurement Bureau, joined the Abia Arise membership welcoming ceremony held on January 25th, 2025, at Peace Comprehensive College, Amuda.

The event, which celebrated the principles of good governance and unity, served as an avenue for fostering collaboration and increasing civic engagement in Abia State.

The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR, was ably represented by Rev. Father Dr. Christian Anokwuru, Special Adviser to the Governor on Policies and Interventions. In his address, he praised the efforts of Abia Arise in promoting inclusivity and encouraging citizens to support the administration’s vision for sustainable development.

Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu commended the leadership of Abia Arise for their dedication to grassroots mobilization and advocacy, emphasizing the administration’s focus on transparency, accountability, and people-centered policies.

Chief Ike Opigwe, LGA Coordinator of Abia Arise in Umunneochi LGA, officially welcomed new members to the Abia Arise movement. He reiterated the importance of their collective commitment to strengthening the government’s developmental agenda and expressed gratitude to the Governor and his representatives for their continued support.

The ceremony brought together community leaders, including the Executive Chairman of Umunneochi LGA, Chief Sunday Afurobi; the Vice Chairman, Mr. Chinonyerem Igbo; the Honorable Commissioner for Lands and Housing, Chaka Chukwumerije; other top appointees of the Abia State Government, and other stakeholders, all unified by their shared resolve to support the state’s ongoing transformation and progress under the current administration.
