Dr. Oluebube A. Chukwu, on Sunday 11th, May, 2025, attended the induction service of Rev. Christian Ekeoma Udeagha at Sectional Headquarters of Grace Section, the Methodist Church Nigeria, Diocese of Nneochi, located in Umumeze Amuda, Isuochi, Umunneochi L.G.A.

The induction, which took place during a solemn service that began at 9 a.m., marked a significant moment for the congregation and the Diocese of Nneochi, as Rev. Udeagha officially assumed his role as Presbyter.

Present at the event were prominent figures in the church, including the Bishop of the Diocese of Nneochi, Rt. Rev. I. K. Tasie, and the Lay President of the Diocese, Engr. Goddy ObiJiaku. A large number of clergy and church members gathered to witness the sacred occasion.

Dr. Oluebube, who attended as a special guest of honour, joined other dignitaries and faithful in celebrating what he described as a "moment of spiritual renewal and leadership transition."

In his remarks, Dr. Oluebube commended Rev. Christian Ekeoma Udeagha for his longstanding commitment to the spiritual and moral growth of the church and community. He described the cleric as a man of deep conviction and service.

“Rev. Udeagha has not only served the church with dedication but has also contributed immensely to the development of society through his spiritual guidance and moral leadership,” Dr. Oluebube said.

He also praised the Methodist Church Nigeria for sustaining a culture of purposeful leadership and upholding values that continue to impact communities positively across Umunneochi and beyond.

The event concluded with prayers for continued grace and blessings on Dr. Oluebube Chukwu and his principal, H.E. Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, the Governor of Abia State by the Bishop of Nneochi Diocese, His Grace, Rt. Rev. I. K. Tasie, amid songs of celebration, as the congregation formally welcomed their new Presbyter into service.
